About the Program:
Our Management Associate (MA) program aims to nurture future leaders in digital trading and wealth management who are passionate about driving innovation and front-office transformation in the financial services industry.
At Phillip Securities, POEMS is our flagship online trading and wealth management platform. As an MA, you will be part of our mission to reimagine the investing experience and compete head-to-head with leading global fintech brokers. You will gain hands-on exposure to the design, development, and growth of digital trading platforms - from client acquisition and engagement to product strategy and innovation.
Program Structure:
This is a 2-year structured program designed to build your foundations in product management and digital platforms:

• Rotations: Exposure across core POEMS functions including Multi-Products, Business Analysis, Client Experience, and Digital Growth.
• Projects: Contribute to initiatives such as new feature development, mobile-first innovations, digital client journeys, and data-driven engagement strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior product managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver products that enhance client experience.
• Personalized Development: Rotations tailored to your strengths and interests, with opportunities for regional exposure as POEMS scales globally.

Career Progression:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will graduate into product-focused leadership roles such as:

• Business Analyst (Digital Products)
• Associate Product Manager
• Product Manager (POEMS Platform)

Our ultimate goal is to equip you with the expertise to lead digital product initiatives, manage end-to-end product lifecycles, and shape the future of POEMS as a competitive global trading platform.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized local university in Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; mid-career switchers with relevant passion/skills will also be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for financial markets, technology, and digital investing products.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Interest in digital platforms, UX/UI, client acquisition and client engagement strategies.
• Strong data analytics or basic programming skills are preferred
• Willingness to take on regional assignments as POEMS expands globally.
