The Retail Excellence track of our 18-month Global Management Associate Program is designed for aspiring leaders who want to shape Castlery's retail strategy and create meaningful customer experiences that drive retail revenue growth.
This program is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), aimed at developing Singaporean talents for global opportunities.
What you'll be doing:

• Real Business Impact: Tackle high-impact projects that enhance retail revenue, scale our offline presence in new markets, and improve global customer journeys.
• Structured Learnings and Mentorship: Complete four rotations in key functions such as Retail Excellence, Showroom Operations and Country E-commerce, gaining insights into retail planning & execution and e-commerce strategy.
• Dual Exposure Across Online and Offline Channels: Learn how customer experiences are shaped through omnichannel strategies, from retail operations to e-commerce.
• Global Exposure: Overseas projects to gain global insights and experience.
• Competitive Compensation: Includes performance bonuses and program incentives.
• Sponsorship and industry networking activities from Enterprise Singapore.

• Leadership Potential: Proven ability to take initiative, lead projects, and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Adaptability and Drive: Ability to work independently in a highly ambiguous environment and tackle new challenges, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Educational Background: Bachelor/Master's degree with excellent academic performance.
