WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your education has proved that you have an affinity with commerce and technology. You are good at these disciplines and want to work together with your colleagues and external parties on projects. You are unmatched in maintaining the broad picture and ensuring that processes steadily improve.

We are offering you a unique opportunity to get to know our company in detail by exposing you extensively to our technology in the Engineering department and to our unique approach to projects involving Heavy Lifting, both domestically and abroad as a Management Associate. Additionally, you will familiarize yourself with Mammoet's commercial sales cycle.

This function is unique by virtue of its combination of extensive exposure to Sales, Operations and Technology together with a substantial element of personal and professional development. You will discharge a number of assignments with various sections of Mammoet in several departments at our Regional APAC office in Singapore. In all of this safe working practices, you will enjoy the highest priority will take this into account and act accordingly in your day-to-day functioning. Every assignment is designed for your development and thorough knowledge of the organization. In this way you will lay an optimum foundation for a successful career with Mammoet.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Your personal qualities: analytical, entrepreneurial, practical and social. You clearly have a talent, not only for the coordination of commercial and operational activities, but also an inherent curiosity and the urge to make the difference and book results. We also expect, in addition to that: decisiveness, mental agility (out-of-the-box thinking), an urge to solve problems and the drive to develop further within Mammoet.

• Graduated or is graduating soon with a Bachelor Degree, preferably in the disciplines of Business, Mechanical Engineering or Technology;
• A great sense of responsibility, keenness to learn and ambition;
• A focus on collaboration and well-developed communications skills;
