The Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP) is an established two-year graduate programme that is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. As Singtel grows in the digital space and lead in ICT innovations, we recognise the importance of having young talents who are passionate about technology to join us in delivering critical and impactful solutions to serve the needs of our customers.

Under the MAP, you can look forward to professional coaching and development opportunities that help to fast-track your career. This programme comprises of two job rotations across different business areas where you can find the best fit for your skills and interests. You will take on a range of challenging and impactful projects, develop your core competencies and receive direct guidance from our senior leaders.

You will be able to select any of the two MAP tracks based on your skills and career interests.: MAP track (Business) and SMAP track (Tech).

As a Management Associate in the Business track, you would have exposure to rotations in (but not limited to) Corporate Functions, Marketing, Sales & Business Development, and Strategy & Consulting \xe2\x80\x93 where you would hone your business acumen and management skills as you work on challenging assignments and projects that will have a real impact on the business and lives of customers.

As a Specialist Management Associate in the Tech track, you would have the opportunity to apply your Computing or Engineering technical expertise as you take on rotations in specialised areas comprising (but not limited to) Data Science & Analytics, Network Engineering, Software Engineering & Development and IT & Cyber Security.
