It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develop their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of MAP, our Management Associate will be rotated to work on special mission projects across various Business Lines.Hands-on experienceOn-the-job learning starts immediately when you are placed in a real role under the supervision of a senior business leader. The hands-on experience is complemented by specific rotations to related job units to better understand the different functions. • A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering from a reputable educational institution with good academic and co-curricular record
• Entry level applicants or a maximum of 3 years of full-time working experience candidates are welcome to apply
