Position : Management Executive - Police Psychological Services Dept (PPSD)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Contract Period: 1 Dec 2025 to 30 November 2026
Monthly Salary: $3,880 to $4,816 depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Working Hours:
Mon to Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Excluding weekends and Public Holidays

The Management Executive will be part of the Police Psychological Services Department (PPSD), for a contractual period of one year. As a Management Executive, you will primarily be involved in assisting with the engagement survey(s) of employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
a. Preparation of the employee listing relating to the survey
b. Assist in data mining, data cleansing and data extraction
c. Provision of data analytical support for engagement survey like checking the accuracy of data from the survey and troubleshooting, addressing, or redirecting concerns/questions from other SPF departments during and post-survey period.
d. Providing administrative and logistical support pertaining to the survey e.g., involving in primary staffing work, preparing communications broadcasts and emails to engage stakeholders, preparing presentation slides and meeting materials.
e. Identifying all gaps in the survey's information and ensuring proper documentation, upkeep, and enhancement of survey Knowledge Management
f. Processing all primary staffing work and arranging all logistical matter like booking of meeting venue, preparation of equipment and meeting materials
g. Any other tasks assigned by PPSD management
Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge

• A good degree in any discipline
• Knowledge of data analytics and related tools
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Well-organised with strong process management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
