To excel in this role, you should have a passion and interest in Jewellery and Hospitality. We are looking for someone who is personable, hardworking and find joy in connecting with others and delivering exceptional products and services.

• Work closely with jewellery designers to assist clients on design and diamond requirements.
• Pay attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including accurately recording client information, processing transactions, jewellery collections, AJ Care requests, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing studio.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices to improve overall performance.
• Ensure adherence to retail operations procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising, to maintain an organized and efficient studio environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, in order to deliver interesting, engaging and meaningful content in social media.
• Assist every client with personalized consultation after a good understanding of their requirements, and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Utilize upselling skills to promote relevant products to potential clients during enquiry phase, and convert every opportunity to a virtual/physical appointment for a hospitable shopping experience at Authica J.
• Provide exceptional customer service with diligent follow up on clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, concerns, and requests on a regular basis.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up to date information to clients and contribute to a knowledgeable and professional image of the company.

• Fresh graduates and University interns are welcomed to apply.
• Fast learner with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service and hospitable experience
• Well mannered and well groomed
• Responsible, honest, hardworking individual
• Dynamic, proactive and sales driven team player
• Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Written and spoken Mandarin skills will be a plus point
• Comfortable to work in a tech-driven environment
• 5 working days/week
• Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
