Job Scope:

• Welcome guests to the Restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations and engage guests.
• Escort customers to assigned dining seats.
• Provide menus and introduce our signature dishes and tea.
• Cashiering.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Maintain a clean reception dining area.
• Answer incoming calls and address customers\' queries.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in any field
• Relevant experience in F&B
