Position: Management Trainee F&B Retail (BBQ Shop)
Location: Singapore
Industry: Food & Beverage
Working Hours: 12 hours/day, 4 off days per month
Salary:
During Probation (3 months): SGD 1,800/month
After Probation: SGD 2,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations, including setup, cleanliness, and closing procedures
Assist in BBQ item preparation and ensure product quality and hygiene standards
Operate the cashier system and handle payments when needed
Serve customers promptly, professionally, and warmly
Introduce and recommend products to customers confidently
Ensure a pleasant dining or takeaway experience for every customer
Support stock control and restocking as required
Requirements:
Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented
Willing to work long shifts and learn all aspects of store operations
Prior F&B or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
