Job Title: Management Trainee (FOH F&B Operations)

$3,700/month

Working days:

5-6 days a week

THE JOB:

Assist in daily Front-of-House operations, including reservations, seating, and guest services Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns Support FOH supervisors in managing service staff and maintaining service standards Learn and operate POS systems, handle transactions, and reconcile daily sales Coordinate with Back-of-House teams to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards Participate in training programs to develop leadership and operational skills- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn. Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented, confident, and a leader type.
