Responsibilities
Our client is a homegrown company specializing in premium matcha and tea, committed to delivering high-quality products and an authentic tea experience. * Assist in daily store operations, including preparation of beverages and food items * Perform cashiering duties and handle customer transactions accurately * Prepare and pack orders for both dine-in and takeaway customers * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store * Support the outlet manager in store management tasks and team coordination * Learn and develop skills in store operations, customer service, and leadership with a view toward future supervisory roles
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field * Keen interest in F&B and tea culture * Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn * Positive attitude and a good team player * Able to work on weekends and public holidays, as required by roster * No prior experience required; training will be provided
