JOB DESCRIPTION We are actively searching for an Management Trainee - Marketing and Training to join our Caretitude (Consulting & Training Division) team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Create marketing plan, including social media calendar, budget planning, content & offer ideation, and implementation schedules
• Set up and optimize Social Media, Google (Search, Display, Video) marketing campaigns, and other campaigns as required
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - with insights gathered from previous campaigns
• Write and develop online content production and scheduling
• Identify topics/content to be included in training and to introduce new and forward-thinking topics
• Be responsible for the end-to-end training process - from proposal drafting, course development, materials creation, delivery of training, to following up with learners\' outcomes
• Conduct training and provide experiential learning experiences to a broad category of target audience across various learning models - in-class, virtual, blended.
• Develop course materials and to make consistent enhancements to incorporate new content, methodologies, updates, or trends
• Deliver workshops in an engaging, relevant, and new-age manner with clear understanding of the needs of each group of target audience
• Establish rapport with participants and build vibrant learners/talent communities
• Evaluating feedback of each training and to participate in process, training, or coursework materials improvements to stay relevant and equipped
• Keep up to date with latest news and industry practices so as to respond accurately to participants\' and curriculum-related queries

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree with relevant training/coaching/advisory/Communications/Media,/ass Communications, Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent customer service skills and tactfulness to handle clients and participants of all levels
• Explore ways to engage learners and conduct workshops in an interesting manner while imparting core skills and knowledge through the use of engaging activities
• Be responsible to develop/contextualize courseware to meet clients and participants requirements of all levels
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics & social media marketing
• Knowledge in design software (Photoshop/Canva)
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP preferred but not mandatory
