Overall Job Objectives: As a Management Trainee,

you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a

Managerial Track.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Support content creation, scheduling, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals Assist in managing social media accounts, customer engagement, and community-building efforts Participate in events, promotions, and partnership activities to strengthen brand presence Learn and apply marketing tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to marketing initiatives Engage in training programs to build leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Strong interest in pursuing a management career. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented, strong teamwork spirit with leadership potential. Willingness to work on weekends or shifts depending on operational requirements. Can speak Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese will be an advantage, but is not required.
