Product Listing & Platform Integration: List products across platforms (Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Ensure consistency in product info and images.
Image Editing: Take picture and edit product images for high-quality listings and other generic use
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth & Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
Performance Tracking: Analyse sales performance against ROI goals. Recommend improvements for optimization.
Price Consistency: Maintain consistent pricing across all platforms.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Coordinate stock replenishment.
Selling on Platforms: Manage selling activities on platforms like Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Run promotions and sales campaigns.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for platforms like TikTok and ???. Maintain a content calendar.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and order management. Ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Analytical thinker with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and dedicated, with a positive attitude
