- Updating of product information such as price list, cost price, material information etc into the system- Preparation of seasonal catalogue and assisting in preparation of merchandising/caf\xc3\xa9 sales reports- Coordinate with China warehouse for upcoming shipment and ensure all product samples arrived in timely manner- Arrange importation of container and coordinate with freight forwarder on local custom clearance- Ensure accuracy of stock levels on websites and backend system- Assist in campaign shoots when necessary- Any ad-hoc admin/merchandising duties as assignedJob Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Merchandising or any related field- Meticulous and good with numbers- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel- Proficient in Chinese Language \xe2\x80\x93 both spoken and written (in order to liaise and communicate with our China counterparts)- Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment- Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile- No experience is welcomed as training will be providedCompensation:
