Throughout your tenure, you will be joining various departments to handle (on rotation):

Operations

• Develop strategies, monitor progress, and facilitate communication between shipping lines/co-loaders and operations to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of cargo for both airfreight and sea freight shipments.
• Manage & organize work processes and resources to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Key Account Management/ Business Development

• Understand and translate client needs into solutions and operational deliverables.
• Regularly assess the performance standards of key suppliers to ensure compliance with the specified KPIs for individual customers.
• Develope RFQ/QBR and collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare rate quotations, proposals, and tender bids for our valued customers.

Pricing and Tender Management

• Negotiate and manage cooperation with key partners and external service providers.
• Source most competitive rates for all shipments.
• Engage with the local/regional team to explore business opportunities and devise strategies for fostering business growth

The Talent

• Preferably candidates with at least Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
