Our structured programme equips you with hands-on operational experience, cross-departmental corporate functions, and strategic transformation projects aligned with GGIS' growth plan.
You will support the delivery of high-quality cleaning operations, operational planning, manpower coordination, and digitalisation initiatives while also strengthening business support functions. Gain valuable exposure, build strategic skills, and prepare for leadership roles within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Cleaning Operations through site inspections, manpower scheduling, SLA monitoring, and implementation of digital tools.
  • Assist HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training administration, and maintaining staff records.
  • Provide Finance support such as invoicing, reconciliation, cost tracking, and inventory management
  • Contribute to Sales & Marketing by preparing quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and basic market research.
  • Assist in corporate reporting, data verification, dashboard preparation, and supporting digitalization or process-improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal operations, including meetings, documentation, SOP updates, and providing administrative and analytical support to senior staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools
