Job Overview



The Management Trainee (Sales) programme is designed to groom high-potential graduates for future commercial leadership roles within the organisation. Trainees will undergo structured development across the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, pitching, closing, and account management, while gaining comprehensive exposure through cross-functional rotations in Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. This programme provides hands-on learning, access to senior mentorship, and opportunities to build strong business acumen, communication skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. We are seeking motivated, adaptable, and growth-oriented individuals who are committed to developing a long-term career in sales within a professional and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities



1. Sales & Customer Engagement

Learn and execute the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, closing, and after-sales follow-up. Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
2. Market Research & Business Insights

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Track competitor activities and prepare insights for the management team. Gather customer feedback to support product or service improvement.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting

Support sales forecasting and pipeline management. Maintain accurate records using CRM or other sales tools. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
4. Training & Rotations

Participate in structured training programs covering sales processes, product knowledge, and soft skills. Rotate across functions such as marketing, customer service, and operations to gain holistic business exposure. Work closely with senior sales leaders and receive mentorship. Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry and record keeping. Support preparation of financial reports and documentation. Help with bank reconciliations and invoice processing. Clean and verify existing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Aid in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records. Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects

Minimum Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High learning agility and willingness to take on challenges. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
