Management Trainee (Retail) Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Assist to execute company regulations include health and safety matters.
- Assist to establish Standard Operation Procedures.
- Stationed at Outlets / Showrooms / Offices and participating in daily operations as required.
- Sales and Marketing roles at Retail Outlets / Showrooms / Sales Offices.
- Customer Service.
- Follow-up with walk-in customers to close sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in any disciplines or relevant.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work on rotation shifts / weekends / Public Holidays.
