Management Trainee - Service / Kitchen

• Work Location: Island-wide
• Work Day: 5-6 days
• Working Hour: Retail Hours
• Up To $3,100
• On The Job Training
• No Experience Needed
• Career Progression to Management Role

Responsibilities:

• Receives training and performs duties in various departments such as Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Learn and be competent in both service and kitchen staff duties
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness
• Maintain good work performance, quality service and good hygiene standards
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure the smooth running of designated section/area.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager
