Job Scope



Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for passionate and curious individuals looking to kickstart their careers in MedTech. This 3-month programme offers recent graduates an immersive experience in a fast-paced startup environment. While a technical background is not required, a strong interest in healthcare technology and a willingness to learn are essential.


Successful trainees will have the opportunity to progress into roles aligned with their skills and interests, including Operations, Robotics Software, Sales & Marketing, and more.


Programme Highlights



Trainees will rotate across key departments to gain broad exposure:





A. Operations Management



Learn the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of EMMA, the world's first Tuina robot. Gain exposure to system troubleshooting, calibration, and integration. Contribute to workflow improvements and operational strategies.



B. Sales and Marketing Management



Support the Business and Partnership team to design and execute marketing plans. Engage clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent service quality. Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance solutions. Conduct product training sessions when required.



C. TCM Clinic Services (optional, only for candidate with relevant background or interest)



Support healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical services. Assist in developing training plans and participate in clinical research where applicable.



Requirement:



Bachelor's degree in any field. A valid TCM education and/or TCMPB practising cert is a plus. Interest in medical technology and a long-term commitment to grow with the company. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. * Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
