Assist in daily logistics planning and scheduling of delivery routes.
Learn to manage fleet deployment, manpower allocation, and route optimization.
Support the coordination of catering/event delivery timelines to ensure punctual service.
Monitor logistics performance (delivery accuracy, timing, resource utilization).
Work closely with operations, kitchen, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
Participate in projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare logistics reports and data analysis for management review.
Take on supervisory responsibilities during peak operations as part of training.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Keen interest in logistics operations and resource planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
