Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract
Liaising with external parties on insurance renewal or application related matter
Preparing and printing of document for the operation
Calls and emails follow up to customer or external clients
Assist in billing related matters
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Keying in daily and monthly sales report
Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
Assist in marketing related tasks
Job Requirement
Entry Level or 1 year of working experience
Team player
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
