Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business performance
Learn and support different functions such as customer service, sales, and operations
Lead and supervise team members after training period
Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery when needed
Support promotional and marketing activities
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
