Management Trainee

Reports to: Manager


Position available: One


: This is a full-time position



This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations, preparing the successful candidate for a future leadership role within the company. You will undergo a structured training program, rotating through key departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) Assist department heads with daily operations, project management, and strategic initiatives Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management Take part in meetings, workshops, and team activities to gain exposure to decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive efficiency Work on assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into leadership and operational responsibilities

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to change Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Willingness to travel or relocate, if required (optional based on role)
