About the Role:
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role is designed to equip you with essential skills, industry knowledge, and leadership experience to prepare you for key positions within the company. As a Management Trainee, youll have the opportunity to grow professionally and build a rewarding long-term career with us.

• Participate in training programs and workshops to understand company operations, management principles, and industry standards.
• Engage with clients or customers to understand their needs and provide support under supervision.
• Assist managers with daily tasks, project coordination, and team supervision to learn hands-on management skills, provide soltuions and support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Mentored by an industry veteran, receiving guidance and insights from extensive real-world experience.

Requirements:

• Minimally qualifications of GCE A-level and local diploma, undergraduates are welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpretation skills
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Singaporean/PR only
