Responsibilities: Support and Supervise Outlet operations Communicate and delegate tasks to the team Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure the smooth day to day running of food preparation to the established standards. Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Must possess at least Degree in relavant education Passion for Food & Beverage industry. Required to work on rotational shifts over a 6 days work week including weekends & PH. Self-motivated, disciplined, independent, positive working attitude, good interpersonal & organizational skills . .Requirements and Skills Supervise daily operations of organization Communicate customers issues (internal / external) and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints. To organize events / activities to build and maintain rapport with parents and students To conduct periodical Customer Satisfaction Survey Maintain safe and healthy work environment in complying with the authorities regulations Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment Tackles operational issues in an effective and professional manner Good communication skills, organizational skills, leadership and interpersonal skills Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs Coordinate with Manager/Superior in different operational issues and marketing promotional activities Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
