Information:

• Working hours: 8 hours per day
• Working days: 5 days per week
• Location: Islandwide
• OT provided

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and accounting, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating menus, staffing, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints or inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting meetings to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training, research, and networking opportunities.
