:

• AEI 3.0 Community Engagement

• Collaborate closely with the Head, Institute to define the objectives, structure, and programmes for outreach and engagement activities, supporting AEI's Growth in Asia Strategy Partners.
• Lead and project manage study trips (incoming and outgoing) and donor-related programmes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, managing all aspects of logistics, procurement, liaising, classroom and activity arrangements.
• Represent AEI at engagement events, requiring occasional evening, weekend, and overseas travel.
• SME Consulting Programme

• Oversee end-to-end project management for assigned consulting projects, ensuring alignment with SME needs and student learning objectives.
• Facilitate pre-launch discussions between project advisors and student teams.
• Conduct briefings for student teams, ensuring clear project expectations and deliverables.
• Track project progress, ensuring active engagement between students, SMEs, and advisors while addressing any arising issues.
• Organise project closure activities, including final report submission and closure meetings.
• Attend business development meetings as assigned, assisting with pre-meeting preparations and follow-up correspondences.
• Business Development & Student Selection

• Identify new projects, attending meetings with prospective SMEs, and assisting with follow-ups for project approval.
• Lead student recruitment for consulting projects, including preparing communications, conducting interviews, and selecting participants based on competency and project fit.
• Digital Content Management (LinkedIn & Online Platforms)

• Work closely with the Head of AEI to execute digital engagement initiatives that drive traffic and increase platform usage.
• Manage and update AEI's LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content.
• Liaison & Event Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between AEI, UOB, and other external partners for collaborative events and initiatives.
• Support and coordinate AEI-related events, managing logistics, guest engagement, and execution.
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend events as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A basic degree, preferably in Business Management (not mandatory).
• At least six years of working experience, preferably in stakeholder management and external-facing roles.
• An outgoing personality with a passion for engaging people at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
• Ability to coach, supervise, and guide students in project work.
• Maturity and confidence to engage with industry professionals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and board members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mediate issues between SMEs, project advisors, and student consultants.
• Experience in website content management or other online platforms is an advantage.
• Highly meticulous, with strong administrative skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outside office hours when required.
