Lead the audit exercise and ensure timely completion.Responsibilities:Responsible for financial reporting and monthly closing.Preparation of full sets of accounts and variance analysisLead the reporting, consolidation of 30+ companies and audit exercise. Complete audit and ensure issuance of audit report within stipulated time frame.Ensure compliance with statutory matters of the groupMeet all monthly report dateline to CorporateSubmission of AIS reports and coordinate with MPA on all reporting requirements.Corporate Tax & GST reporting for Singapore companies.Handle govt surveys.Support ad hoc projectsRequirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:Recognised tertiary qualification in Accountancy/Finance with CPAMinimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience with at least 5 years in shipping industry.Familiar with Shipping ERP system.Strong analytical and communication skillsHands on and able to work under tight deadlines.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
