The position reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Acquisition, Capabilities & Processes and is primarily responsible for shaping and managing acquisition offers, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned across teams. The role coordinates between Product, Risk, Control Management and processing teams for seamless campaign execution and oversees the quality assurance of customer communications, controls and consistency in customer treatment.
In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for the following responsibilities:
Plan, optimize and manage acquisition offers to support business growth while ensuring commercial soundness and compliance.
Maintain and update acquisition offers on webpage, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved campaigns
Manage cross-sell with customer service team, and facilitate resolution of escalations
Manage relationship with product teams and sales channel leaders to deliver acquisition targets through strategic marketing campaigns
Collaborate with team leader to track performance, monitor campaign outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
Understand end to end processes from digital marketing, application processing to customer servicing to ensure project delivery
Implement and oversee compliance and quality assurance (QA) for acquisition campaigns, customer communications and operational efficiency to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
Handle ad-hoc projects; manage end-to-end project delivery, project status reporting, risk management and issue escalation, ensuring that projects are delivered timely and within scope
