What the role is:You manage a full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions including recruitment, manpower and administration, rewards and recognition, allowance and performance management.What you will be working on:You also take on a finance role for the purpose of welfare and courses related funding. In addition, you are in charge of registry matters such as management of the e-filing system and documents. Your challenge lies in working closely with the management, employees and external parties to execute and govern HR policies effectively.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 3 years\' relevant work experience in HR management. Having prior finance experience is preferred but not a requirement. You should be driven and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills and be comfortable in leading a small team. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
