Admin Manager



(Based at Corporate HQ, Singapore)





Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage all day-to-day activities and ensure HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reports and tracks HR service delivery to ensure an optimal employee experience and cost-efficient service delivery. Implement, monitor and maintain HR processes, policies and technologies that support strategic HR initiatives. Supervise and provide guidance to the Administration teams regionally. Support employee engagement activities, relations and engagement activities and provide relevant support to employees as appropriate, such as leave administration and office support. Manage the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required. Minimum 7 years of working experience in HR, with strong foundation in handling HR Operations and Shared Services, as well as in people-manager role with directly managed onsite resources. Strong knowledge of employment policies, practices and employment law and regulations. Self-motivated and with excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to build solid relationships at all levels and influence collaborative outcomes. Flexibility to adapt to evolving change requirements and unforeseen challenges. IHRP certified preferred.
