About the Department

Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the role holder is to support the FIG CDD Collection team with respect to KYC documentation collection (including FACTA / CRS) during periodic / trigger reviews to comply with regulatory requirements. Customer segments include Corporates, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, funds, and correspondent Banks.

Incumbent is also expected to ensure sufficient and appropriate checks are performed and documented, in accordance to regulatory requirements and the Bank\'s policies and procedures.

The role requires the incumbent to undertake the following:

  • Liaise with Clients on the collection of required documentations
  • Guide and train new and junior team members
  • Support the team to deliver effective operational processes, task allocation, training, and risk management reporting
  • Review customer data, data entry into the system and MS Access, assist AML, and other relevant affairs.
  • Assist to send KYC deck to overseas branches
  • Assist with managing the FATCA & CRS workflow (i.e. collection and reporting)
  • Execute any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Team Lead / Management and cover duties and responsibilities of staff, in the event of an emergency / absence
  • Assist with remediation (e.g., audit) when required
  • Assist with providing updates to BU on document collection status
  • Develop good relationship with both internal and external customers
  • Promote positive corporate image to external customers
  • General administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities (e.g., test of controls, scanning and archiving etc.)
Job Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma / Degree Graduate
  • Candidate with 4 years working experience in a similar working environment
  • Meticulous, analytical, self-starter, performance driven and committed to results
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a highly evolving work environment.
  • Proficient with MS Words and Excel
