An exciting opportunity is waiting for you in the newly set up Digital Factory, who will spearhead the digital transformation efforts of Changi Airport Group. You will be working on digital applications and projects that will transform our business and bring customer experience to greater heights. You will be working in agile squads with fellow enthusiasts, re-imagining how we serve our connected customers. As a digital disrupter, you\'ll recreate and redefine our business to generate lasting competitive advantage, focusing on building the applications for Changi Airport. You will be responsible for the below areas:

• Coach scrum teams to define Minimum Viable Products\' objectives and scope, develop project plans and track project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create and maintain product backlog
• Work closely with the Solutions Architect to develop the technical requirements and ensure scrum teams deliver scalable and re-usable solutions.
• Conduct agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, retrospectives and daily stand ups
• Coach scrum teams both individually and as a team to realize their potential and achieve project vision
• Work with Program Managers to identify pitfalls and address project impediments
• Support Product Owners to provide updates to Senior Management on project deliverables
• Foster an agile culture in Changi, including assisting / giving training / brownbag sharing to wider CAG staff on agile methodology

• A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant computer science, information technology or related fields
• At least 5 - 6 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Engineering
• Extensive work experience as Scrum Master, with in-depth knowledge on agile tools (eg Jira, Confluence)
• 1 or more of the following certifications:
• Certified Scrum Professional
• SAFe Program Consultant, LeSS or Lean Methodologies
• Familiar with AWS components and services
• Passionate about helping teams grow and develop agile mindset
• Possess outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills, including collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
