Overview

Join the NUHS Group Chief Technology Office (GCTO) that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. Successful candidate will be part of a team of Data Scientists, Software Developers and practitioners who partner clinicians to propose, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows for NUHS Cluster in hybrid cloud environment. The candidate will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models, applications and tools for NUHS.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee LLM project from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with goals, budget, and scope
• Lead the implementation and integration of a Large Language Model (LLM) system within a healthcare IT environment
• Manage project life cycle, maintain stakeholder relations, ensure compliance with quality and security standards
• Liaise with various stakeholders and manage project team across clinical, administrative, and IT departments
• Administer project budget, optimize resource allocation, and adjust project spending as necessary
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team, promote collaboration, and foster an environment for continuous improvement
• Ensure LLM project meets quality standards and oversee testing phases such as SIT and UAT
• Manage vendor relations, Solution Review Board (SRB) processes, outreach programs, and compliance with AI governance and security

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business, or related field, Master\'s degree preferred
• Project management certification e.g. PMP or PRINCE2
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, with minimum of 2 years in healthcare IT projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, particularly in healthcare applications
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of AWS and other cloud services is a plus
