We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Asset, Liability & Capital Management & Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support capital efficiency initiatives through a granular analysis of the drivers of economic performance and capital requirements and support any regulatory projects
• Ensure tracking and execution of Capital Optimization Initiatives
• Help manage Capital, Liquidity, Market Risk
• Responsible for the production and/or coordination of materials for ALCO and other relevant meetings
• Support the implementation of a strong ALCM governance
• Partner with the Actuarial, Risk and the Balance Sheet optimisation teams for effective business and capital outcomes
• Strong engagement is also required with Bank capital, finance, risk and regulatory teams, managing the Insurance business impact on banking capital ratios and ensuring shareholder expectations on dividend distributions are aligned

Requirements

• Finance / ALCM discipline is required with work experience in the Life Insurance industry; IFRS17 accounting knowledge preferred
• Strong numeracy background with an ability to take on new financial/technical concepts
• Proven ability to deliver high quality analysis and recommend solutions
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) and can work collaboratively with others, including with international and virtual teams
• Track record of proactiveness, ability to learn, manage changes and deliver results within the tight deadlines
• Skilled in the use of Office software, including ability to deliver impactful written reports and presentations
• Frequent exposure to senior Finance and business stakeholders
