What the role is:As a member of the MND Digitalisation Office Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation and data analytics initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with HR and data analytics teams, leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Python, and workflow systems to automate tasks, cleanse data, and develop tailored solutions for stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support MND\'s digitalisation efforts in the area of HR, providing exposure to cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications in the public sector.What you will be working on:

• Collaborate with HR and Data Analytics team to create UiPath scripts for automating tasks, such as logging into systems and extracting required reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct data operations, including automated checks on offline Excel files to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, such as incomplete records for departed employees without indicated inactive reasons. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage proactively with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and develop tailored solutions using Python, UiPath, and workflow systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop Python scripts to cleanse data, with the output structured for email notifications to prompt HR colleagues for data updates or for integration with Tableau for visualization purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the day-to-day execution of UiPath automation and Python scripts, including independent debugging and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations. What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in UiPath for creating automation scripts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong data operations skills, including the ability to autonomously identify and resolve data inconsistencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Python scripting for data cleansing and automation tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI or other similar data visualisation tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to independently debug and troubleshoot automation scripts. Non-mandatory, but advantageous: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in UiPath: Prior experience with UiPath is beneficial. Applicants are encouraged to showcase any previous projects completed using UiPath. \xe2\x80\xa2 Python Familiarity: Experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and visualisation would be advantageous. Applicants are encouraged to highlight any past projects utilising Python. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with AI Tools: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar generative AI tools is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Task Automation Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices in task automation is preferred.
