CAG is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join the Runway & Taxiway team in Airside Operations Planning. The Airside Operations Planning Senior Associate/Assistant Manager/Manager oversees matters on the airfield to facilitate efficient and safe aircraft movements on runways and taxiways.
You will develop and review mid- to long-term policies, concept of operations and spearhead the implementation of initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety in areas of runway safety management, foreign object debris hazard management, wildlife hazard management, and systems/infrastructure in the airfield manoeuvring area. You will also maintain safety programmes and work closely with the relevant stakeholders, such as air traffic control, pilots, government agencies to coordinate and align our efforts to maintain high safety and operational standards for Changi Airport.
You will collaborate with operations and engineering colleagues to ensure asset compliance for safe and efficient operations on the airfield and provide operational inputs to key airfield projects and long-term airfield development. The work also involves analysing the factors affecting the airfield\xe2\x80\x99s operational capacity and efficiency and actively seek to reduce them by instituting long-term solutions. In the course of your work, you will actively explore technological solutions, both digital and automation, and process re-design to transform the way Changi manages runway/taxiway operations.
Requirements:

• Good degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

• Independent and motivated problem solver with strong critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in airside operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous
