Assist Senior Management and Business Leaders in understanding and proactively managing risks globally across the Group. Familiarity with business practices in regions such as North Asia, South Asia, Africa or Middle East is a plus.
Assist Director (Group Risk Management) in partnering with Senior Management and Business Leaders to design and implement a Group enterprise risk management (ERM) framework in tandem with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plans and to help the Group meet its business objectives.
Assist Director (Group Risk Management) to review new projects as well as identify key risk issues and controls.
Be an effective liaison between Business and Technology to ensure that business needs are clearly defined and articulated during planning, design and implementation of frameworks and solutions.
Conduct training to staff on Group risk policies and ERM framework
Requirements
Recognised degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business / Economics / Engineering / IT / Data Management / Statistics / Mathematics
Minimum of 8 to 15 years of related experience in a similar role.
Relevant experience in quantitative risk management, internal audit, controls, business process re-engineering and due diligence work is a plus.
Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, handling of datasets, familiarity with spreadsheets and financial data tools, e.g. SAP, OutSystems, as well as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or Visio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and strategic thinking, attention to detail and curiosity are preferred traits.
Team-player with good interaction, relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
