We're seeking Assistant Managers / Managers for our Jobs and Skills team. In this dynamic role, you'll work with diverse stakeholders to shape programmes that elevate Singapore's digital capabilities and create pathways for tech talent to thrive.

Industry Engagement & Partnerships

Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders (tech hirers, IHLs, trade associations, professional bodies)
Work independently and as team on assessment of project proposals with industry partners, balancing business considerations, IMDA and national interest priorities.
Manage project or workstream budget planning, tracking and management reporting of funding utilisation and outcomes/KPIs achieved for programmes under team's portfolio.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in industry engagement, manpower development and programme management.
Background in Business & IT, Tech/Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication (writing and presentation) skills with experience in business development will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision. Experience
