Manager / Assistant Manager, Operations Policy
Job Description
We are looking for highly talented, analytical, and motivated individuals to join the Airport Operations Policy team to shape the future of key airport operations markets at Changi.
You will be responsible for CAG\'s licensing approach with our key operational partners at Changi, covering crucial areas such as ground handling, aviation fuel, cargo, catering and aircraft maintenance. You will perform market studies, develop CAG\'s policies and strategies, and conduct engagements with operational partners, all with the aim of enhancing the efficiency, competitiveness and effectiveness of these critical airport markets, in order to preserve and advance Changi\'s position as the world\'s best airport.
Requirements:
- Good Bachelor\'s degree, preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in policy work, licensing, regulation, and/or economic/financial analysis
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and communication are essential
- Experience in quantitative analysis or financial modelling is an advantage
