Identify new ways to grow and forge partnerships to new opportunities that meet strategic youth development needs
Identify and support organisations to deliver impactful programmes that meet youth needs
Leverage on grants and identify innovative approaches to build and strengthen partnerships with organisations in support of clients focus areas
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish, maintain and develop good working relationships with organisations with the objective of supporting youth development/ engagement
Develop and implement partners engagement and support sessions
Plan, manage and administer relevant grants such as the client's fund and ensure proper governance and accounting
Requirements:
Good communication, writing, critical thinking and project management skills
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal/ networking/ customer service skills
Able to synthesise and analyse information well
Meticulous and good with numbers
Able to prioritise work, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Able to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of and interest in the youth sector would be advantageous
Experience in starting ground-up projects and working with partners would be advantageous
Available to work on weekends and weekday evenings if required (off in-lieu will be provided)

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $2000 - $4100 (depends on experience and qualifications)
