Job Description

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the firm's technical materials, including publications, templates, and practice aids.
Review financial statements and audit reports to ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting frameworks and auditing standards.
Provide support on technical consultations by analyzing and advising on complex accounting and audit issues.
Engage in technical initiatives and deliver advisory support for accounting and audit-related projects.
Promote and support the effective use of the firm's accounting and auditing tools and systems.
Conduct technical training sessions to build professional expertise across the team.
Contribute to the firm's quality management efforts through both pre-issuance and post-issuance engagement reviews.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
7 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent setting.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting, auditing, and regulatory frameworks.
Passionate about accounting standards and dedicated to providing technical training.
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects and leading teams.
Capable of working independently with adaptability and assertiveness.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
