What the role is:You oversee the Human Resource (HR) Authorisation Operations framework and develop the governance framework and internal controls to meet policy compliance requirements.What you will be working on:- Develop governance framework and internal controls for HR Authorisation Operations - Conduct compliance reviews - Manage and evaluate authorisation requests - Propose solutions and changes where required Challenge(s) - Ensuring policy compliance while maintaining operational efficiency - Balancing stakeholder needs with governance requirementsWhat we are looking for:- Education or work experience related to SAP Authorisation or IT systems is advantageous - Problem-solving skills - Ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders - Commitment to achieving results - Adaptability and ability to work independently Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
