Responsibilities

• Formulate an overall digital marketing performance and measurement strategy that covers all bank customer touchpoints such as website (including SEO/SEM), digital kiosks, social media and mobile app channels
• Review and optimise conversions for digital advertising campaigns such as personal savings, fixed deposits and sme loans
• Work with appointed agencies and key opinion influencers (KOLs) to develop branding and social media engagement strategies for web and social media assets
• Support stakeholders for bank-wide events and various digital transformation initiatives to enhance website/mobile app user experiences, conversations and related services
• Propose marketing-related solutions and strategies to overdrive business/technological capabilities
• Organise regular strategic marketing performance dashboards and reports directly to the management team

Qualifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience
• Excellent skills/experience in SEO/SEM (including keyword research), website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn
• Ability to identify and explain common advertising metrics such as impression share, click-thru rates and video view rates
• Familiar with Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager/Data Studio/Search Console
• Working knowledge of tools such as Magnolia CMS, Meltwater and Monsido would be useful, but not a pre-requisite
• Ability to multi-task, work with others and meet deadline, meticulous i.e. with good attention to details
• Knowledge of finance-related products and/or agency experience would be ideal
