About the Department

UOB Asset Management is a leading Asian asset manager with award-winning investment expertise in fixed income and equities. Headquartered in Singapore, we offer global investment management expertise to individuals, institutions and corporations from a regional network spanning Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and beyond. Our comprehensive product suite includes innovative solutions covering retail unit trusts, exchange-traded funds and customised portfolio management services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Part of the Business Service Management Team supporting Business Development in UOBAM, namely in the following areas - Client Servicing / Onboarding / Product Management.
  • Communicating with clients and external counterparties confidently and fluently, prioritizing their onboarding experience.
  • Following-up with clients and external counterparties, managing their queries, requests and issues, promptly.
  • Preparation of compliance and regulatory reports in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to multitask and take on ad hoc initiatives for key process improvements.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrates the willingness to learn and eager for knowledge.
