What the role is:CLC is accredited by the Public Service Division to train Public Service leaders to acquire the knowledge and skills to build a liveable and sustainable Singapore. You will assist in CLC\'s highly-rated programmes for local and overseas participants, curated to help participants understand Singapore\'s urban transformation and current issues (housing, water, transport, etc.). There will be opportunities to learn the urban stories, current and future trends from many public service speakers and urban pioneers, as well as to experience interesting integrated Singapore learning journeys. You will also learn how to develop, organise and run training events smoothly and effectively. Opportunities to learn high level strategic issues concerning urban development.What you will be working on:You will assist in the organisation and delivery of Capability Development, International and Advisory Programmes (both in-class and learning journeys), including: \xe2\x80\xa2 Procurement; \xe2\x80\xa2 Vendor liaison & management; \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract administration; \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of the programmes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of communication to public sector participants, agencies, including MFA and overseas participants; \xe2\x80\xa2 Help provide inputs into and administer the Learning Management System (LMS); \xe2\x80\xa2 Compilation of course statistics/ratings etc; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other relevant capability development mattersWhat we are looking for:Good organisational and communication skills. A keen mind for details and systematic thinking. Enjoy interacting with people and exploring Singapore. Enjoy and keen to learn project/event management, training, coordination and communication skills. Able to manage operational and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
