Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Vistra CM Services Pte Ltd Capital Markets team on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

This role is to provide prompt service delivery to clients in our capital markets space.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a portfolio of client\'s;
• Deliver full suite of escrow, payment and agency services to Fintech and other corporate clients;
• Management and maintenance of full spectrum of company secretarial duties and filings with regulators for the SPV in the lending structure;
• Act as middle-office (relationship management) between client and shared service centres;
• Monitor borrower compliance with submission requirements of covenant documentation during lifecycle of a loan;
• Facilitate business development through effective client engagement and service delivery;
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients;
• Assist with the setting up of the bank accounts, bank periodic reviews and updating of the bank signatories;
• Efficiently and effectively lead and manage initiatives and projects;
• Manage relations with all external agencies (regulators/banks/law firms) as applicable;
• Ensure record keeping, filing of client records, undertake periodic reviews;
• Assist marketing / commercial team in defining scope and pricing of operational work involved in any transaction;
• Manage adhoc project

Attributes & Skills:

• Experience in client relationship management
• Possess at least 3 years of DCM, banking, corporate administration, trust administration or escrow services
