Overview

NUHS is an academic health system providing care for western Singapore. The Group Chairman Medical Board (GCMB) Office leads clinical matters within NUHS, and oversees clinical care strategy for the western cluster.

The role of the manager is to work alongside leads at NUHS cluster level in project management of care transformation projects within NUHS. This includes supporting the Vice Group Chairman Medical Board, and assigned Directors and leads in their role, and will involve working with a diverse set of stakeholders to improve care for the patients under NUHS.

An example of such projects include strengthening end of life care in support of national efforts as described by the Ministry of Health.

Responsiblitites

• Support the Care Plan Office in achieving the objectives as defined in the NUHS Care Plan.
• Liaise with stakeholders, leads for models of care to track implementation progress and work collaboratively to identify and address challenges in implementation.
• Identify and work on areas for improvement to close gaps in Care Plan implementation

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of working experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in healthcare industry and/or project management is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across stakeholders
• Strong organization, analytical and inter-personal skills are essential, to be meticulous, self-initiated and independent
• Able to work in a fluid environment, amidst rapid changes and multiple demands
• Experience in Microsoft Office is required
• Basic statistical skills are helpful
• Good oral, written and presentation skills
• Experience in managing a team is a plus
